We matched and chatted for a few days before meeting on Faith’s birthday— after a boozy dinner, because why not? It was spontaneous, slightly questionable, and somehow perfect.
Then came the Blink-182 concert invite, which really sealed the deal (because nothing says romance like pop-punk nostalgia). Not long after, Faith spontaneously decided to get a dog. Enter Roux— our fur baby, financial responsibility, and the real boss of this relationship.
Since then, it’s been brunches, questionable golfing, and Bad Bunny on repeat (Ivan still doesn’t understand the lyrics, but he definitely feels them).
A few years, countless dates, and one very loved pup later, Ivan proposed in a hidden greenhouse theatre surrounded by 99 roses. Ivan planned every detail perfectly, and Faith didn’t see it coming until he suggested she call her mom and maybe get her hair done.
Now, we’re off to Playa del Carmen to make it official with sunshine, tequila, and the people who know us best.
